There is nothing more stressful than having to go to a job interview.
You know you are qualified. You know you have the skills.
You know you have the experience.
But, when it is your first job in a new country, when you are a foreigner all of those feelings of self doubt, feeling that your not good enough, that you don't quite cut the mustard tend to show up. When they do it can create an enormous amount of stress.
Staying in the stress zone for long periods can seriously affect your mental health and well being
